What does your process look like?
The process is structured into three clear phases: Discovery & Strategy – I get to know your business history, values, goals, and target audience. We also do competitor research and visual direction planning. Design & Revisions – You’ll receive initial concepts, and we’ll go through thoughtful rounds of revisions. I’ll also walk you through brand language, design terms, and how to use your assets confidently. Development & Delivery – For branding, I deliver all final files, usage guides, and your brand guidelines. For websites, I develop the site on our agreed upon platform, optimize it for mobile, and launch it. You’ll also receive offboarding materials, training (if needed), and support during launch week.
How do you handle revisions?
I’ll present your designs with clear explanations. You can give immediate feedback or take some time to reflect. This process is fully collaborative and paced for clarity, not overwhelm.
What platforms do you build websites on?
I primarily work with Squarespace for its ease of use and beautiful customization options. However, I also work with Wix and Shopify (for e-commerce).
How soon will I see my final designs?
Most projects wrap within 3–6 weeks, depending on the scope. If we’re doing something bespoke, I’ll build a timeline that fits your needs.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I offer flexible payment plans so we can structure something that works with your budget and timeline.
What will my time commitment be?
I’ve intentionally simplified my process to minimize the time investment on your end. You’ll complete a thoughtful onboarding questionnaire and we’ll have a few check-ins along the way, but I handle the heavy lifting. You get maximum impact without feeling overwhelmed.
Will I be able to update my website myself after launch?
Absolutely. You’ll receive training or guides to help you make updates confidently. I also offer optional website maintenance support if you ever need help down the line.
