The Challenges

Twenty years of expertise, no single place to hold it all


Amrit Singh is an award-winning acupuncturist — recognized as Notable Healthcare Professional of the Year — with over two decades of clinical practice, media appearances, brand collaborations, and community education. She has built a reputation as one of the most respected voices in holistic health, with accolades and press features that span her entire career. But her digital presence didn't reflect any of it. There was no central destination that could serve all the audiences she was speaking to: patients looking to book treatments, brands wanting to partner on events, media outlets needing a bio and credentials, or new customers discovering her products for the first time.


The challenge went beyond design. Amrit was entering e-commerce with a curated line of wellness products — ear seeds, gua sha tools — and needed a platform that could handle both service-based bookings and retail sales without feeling disjointed. The brand also had to bridge her heritage and cultural identity (her former business name referenced gold in Punjabi) with a fresh, modern aesthetic that appeals to a younger audience discovering acupuncture and holistic wellness for the first time.

The Solutions

Building a system, not just a site


This project started with deep brand strategy. We spent significant time exploring Amrit's heritage, values, and vision — pulling in gold tones, sunset gradients, and warm color stories that honor her cultural roots while feeling contemporary and inviting. The visual identity was designed to work across clinical, editorial, and e-commerce contexts without losing coherence.


The website architecture was the most complex element. Rather than a simple portfolio or booking page, we built a multi-functional platform on Shopify that serves as Amrit's professional hub. The site needed to work as a living database: a bio page media outlets can reference, a brand events page for partnership inquiries, detailed service pages for booking, and a fully integrated shop for her product line. Every section had to be scannable, image-rich, and structured for the specific audience landing on it.


Organizing 20+ years of education, awards, speaking engagements, media features, and community work into a clear, navigable hierarchy was one of the biggest undertakings. We developed an accordion-based content system organized chronologically, with consistent formatting rules across every section — making the site easy to update as Amrit's career continues to grow.

The Result

A digital headquarters for a 20-year career


Auracle is now a fully operational brand platform — the kind of site Amrit can send to a TV producer, a brand partnership lead, a new patient, or a first-time shopper and have it work for each of them. The Shopify build handles both service bookings and product sales seamlessly, while the content architecture makes it easy for Amrit to update credentials, add events, and expand her product line over time.


The brand itself marks a new chapter. Gold, gradient, and warmth run through every touchpoint — rooted in heritage but designed for where the practice is heading.
