The Challenges

Evolving a practice, not just a brand

Celia is a Toronto-based somatic practitioner certified in advanced fascia therapy and Sarga bodywork. She had reached a turning point in her practice — the work she was doing had deepened, her client base was growing, her approach was becoming more refined — but her brand hadn't kept pace. What she presented to the world didn't reflect the level of care, expertise, or intentionality she brought to her sessions. As she moved toward elevating her practice, she needed a visual identity and digital presence that could grow with her.

The challenge was twofold: create a brand that feels grounded and authentic to the somatic space — where trust, calm, and presence are everything — while also positioning Flux Studio as a professional, established practice rather than a side project. She also needed a website that could serve as a single, clear destination for prospective clients to understand her work and book.

The Solutions

Simplicity as strategy

We started with brand strategy, clarifying Celia's positioning within the wellness landscape — who she serves, what sets her approach apart, and the emotional experience she wants her brand to convey. The visual identity was built around that foundation: a system that feels calm, intentional, and rooted in body-awareness without leaning into overused wellness clichés.

The one-page website was designed for clarity and action. Rather than spreading content across multiple pages, we distilled everything into a single, purposeful scroll — who Celia is, what she offers, and how to book. Every section guides the visitor toward a clear next step. The design mirrors the somatic work itself: unhurried, spacious, and deliberately paced.

The Result

From AI template to organic growth engine

Celia's previous website was an AI-generated template with virtually no traffic. Within four months of launching the new brand and site, Flux Studio attracted 202 unique visitors and 262 sessions — with traffic growing 5x from month one to month three. The majority of visits came from direct traffic and Instagram referrals (78% combined), with Google organic search already accounting for 15% of all visits despite zero paid advertising.

That organic search presence is a critical milestone. For a somatic practitioner competing in a crowded wellness space, being discoverable on Google without ad spend means the brand and site are doing the work on their own. The identity is flexible enough to grow with Celia as she expands into workshops, group sessions, or digital offerings, while the one-page site keeps the focus exactly where it should be: on the work.

"Working with Alena was effortless and inspiring. She took the essence of Flux Studio and shaped it into a visual identity that feels refined, soulful, and beautifully cohesive.” — Celia, Flux Studio
